Hidalgo Films was developed to tell stories close to my heart. Shooting films, documentaries, short films, commercials, and music videos is my passion realized.
ABOUT I’m a filmmaker with experience developing, producing, directing, and shooting: documentaries, feature films, short films, music videos, and commercials.
From passion projects to moderately large budgets, I have had the honor of bringing stories to life since 2005.
Filming Overview
My father was a blue collar worker, but quite the entertainer. He brought a film camera to every family function. Inspired by him, I picked up my first film camera in 1997, started capturing images and became inspired to tell stories. Hidalgo Films is named in his honor.
2007
I began filming with Spirit Juice Studios in Chicago IL, creating Catholic content for a new and innovative media company as a producer, cinematographer, and editor.
2015
Focused on business ventures and freelance filmmaking. This presented vast opportunities for learning and growth, resulting in a multitude of projects.
Today
I create projects I'm passionate about, that involve faith, morals, values - whether implicit or explicit - across a multitude of genres and platforms.
